Proudly serving individuals throughout Solano, Napa, and Sonoma counties.

Support Begins With the Person
At Cal4Autism SLS, every service begins with the individual, their strengths, preferences, communication style, culture, needs, goals, and vision for their life. We work collaboratively with each person, their chosen support network, Regional Center service coordinator, and other authorized members of the Individual Program Plan team to develop services that promote dignity, safety, independence, self-determination, and meaningful community living.

WHY US
Why Choose Cal4Autism SLS?
Person-Centered Support
Services are guided by each individual’s strengths, preferences, needs, choices, culture, communication style, and personal goals.
Collaborative Teamwork
We work alongside the individual, natural supports, Regional Center representatives, healthcare providers, behavioral professionals, and other authorized team members.
Individualized Support Plans
Support plans and schedules are developed around the individual and their authorized services rather than using the same approach for everyone.
Community Connection
We support meaningful participation, relationships, recreation, appointments, volunteering, employment-related goals, and community involvement.
Strong Communication
We value clear, timely, respectful, and transparent communication with individuals, authorized family members, service coordinators, and other members of the IPP team.
Commitment to Health and Safety
We promote safe routines, emergency preparedness, wellness, reliable documentation, and appropriate service coordination.
Referral Process
We welcome referrals from individuals, families, Regional Center service coordinators, and other authorized members of the individual’s support team.

1. Submit a Referral
Complete the online referral form or contact Cal4Autism SLS directly.
3. Introduction and Assessment
We meet with the individual and their support team to learn about the person’s strengths, preferences, communication style, goals, living situation, and support needs.
2. Initial Review
Our team reviews the available referral information, requested services, location, authorized hours when available, and general support needs.
4. Individualized Planning
When the referral appears to be an appropriate match, Cal4Autism SLS works with the individual and IPP team to develop a personalized support plan, staffing approach, and proposed service schedule.
Submission of a referral does not guarantee acceptance or immediate service placement. Services are subject to assessment, individual choice, compatibility, staffing availability, and Regional Center authorization.
